Overview
"Compendium of Materia Medica" states that burdock can open up the twelve meridians and cleanse the five internal organs. Taking it for a long time can lighten the body and resist aging. The big fish and meat during the festival add a lot of burden to the gastrointestinal tract. Burdock is rich in fiber, which can promote gastrointestinal motility and clean the gastrointestinal tract.

Prepare the materials. Burdock is rarely sold in the north and can occasionally be seen in supermarkets;
