Take a piece of tofu, soak it in water for a while, then cut it into pieces

Chop ginger, garlic and onion, and cut dried chili into small pieces

Heat oil in a pan, add tofu and fry until golden brown

Fry both sides until golden brown

Push the tofu to one side, add ginger, garlic and dried chili and stir-fry in oil until fragrant

Add a spoonful of dark soy sauce, a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of oil and a little bit of sugar

Add half a bowl of water to boil, turn to medium heat and simmer until the soup dries up

Add a little water starch to thicken
