Boil water in a pot, cut the carrots into thick slices, and blanch them in water for 2 minutes (the corn kernels I used are quick-frozen, so I blanch them too)

Take out the carrots and put them in cold water and set aside

Wash the chicory, drain the water, and put it in a bowl

Cut the cooked quail eggs in half and put them in a bowl

Drain the corn kernels and carrots and put them in a bowl

Pour in the salad dressing, I used Kewpie roasted sesame flavor
