Oven delicacies: Pepper grilled lamb chops
Overview
Grilled pepper, that is, chili pepper, Sichuan peppercorns, Sichuan pepper, black pepper, with barbecue sauce, a fragrant pepper grilled lamb chop is ready. I sent a video of my son eating it in his hands to someone, and someone’s envious and jealous look made me laugh so hard 😂 I originally wanted to bake it at noon, but something happened and I postponed it until the evening. The lamb chops were marinated for a day and a night 😬 Since there was less salt, the saltiness was just right, and it was very delicious. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, spicy and salty yet slightly sweet with honey. Due to the sufficient amount of spices, the mutton smell is already very light. It doesn't feel like eating grilled lamb chops at all. Because it was night, the pictures couldn’t capture the real thing’s attractive and bright appearance😬

Steps
-
Moderate amount of lamb chops.
-
Heinz BBQ Sauce.
-
Appropriate amount of black pepper.
-
Appropriate amount of pepper powder.
-
Appropriate amount of dried red pepper, shredded ginger, and millet pepper.
-
Wash the lamb chops and let them dry for a while. Pour in an appropriate amount of cooking wine, sprinkle with an appropriate amount of black pepper, and wear disposable gloves to spread evenly.
-
Pour in appropriate amount of oyster sauce, Heinz BBQ sauce, shredded ginger, and shredded chili pepper and spread evenly.
-
Massage evenly.
-
Half a spoonful of salt.
-
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of pepper powder, pepper powder and cumin seeds, spread evenly, wrap in a large bag and refrigerate overnight.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5 minutes. Cover the baking sheet with tin foil. Place the marinated lamb chops on the tin foil. Sprinkle some shredded onions and fold them up on all sides to prevent the juice from flowing into the baking pan. Cover with tin foil and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
-
When the aroma of onions overflows, open the oven to take a look, cover with tin foil and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
-
Flip over the foil, the water and fat will separate from the lamb chops, brush a layer of oil on top and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
-
Take out the baking tray, replace with tin foil, put the tin foil that just covered the lamb chops underneath, and throw away the moisture and fat from the lamb chops along with the tin foil. Brush the lamb chops with honey and bake for 10 minutes to brown.
-
Turn over, brush with honey, and bake for 5 to 10 minutes. It’s super tempting to see the fat sizzling out of the lamb in the oven.
-
Baking is complete.
-
Plate. Sprinkle with chili powder, cumin powder, green and red pepper and coriander and garnish. A fragrant pepper grilled lamb chop is ready.
