Tomato Egg Noodles
Overview
I made fried noodles that day, and my child said he wanted to eat the flavorful noodles. I was confused when I heard what flavored noodles meant. The child said that it was a little yellow in color and had a kind of smell in it. Then I realized that the boy was talking about alkaline noodles. Well, I went to the market again, bought cooked alkaline noodles, and made a tomato and egg version of alkaline noodles for me.

Prepare cooked alkaline noodles, eggs, and tomatoes.

Heat oil in a pan, beat the eggs, add until solid, then remove from the pan and set aside.
