Overview

In my house, pig's trotters are usually stewed with soybeans and winter bamboo shoots or braised in soy sauce. Today, I used bean paste to cook them. The sauce is so rich!

  3. After the water boils, the pig's trotters can change color, then take them out and wash them again

  5. Add dark soy sauce, salt and sugar

  8. Press the button of "Collect Juice. Fermented Fermented Hoof", the default time is 1 hour and 40 minutes
