Overview
Kung Pao Chicken is a classic Sichuan dish. Kung Pao is a sweet and sour sauce that is stir-fried with Sichuan peppercorns and chili oil. Potatoes and carrots were added to this dish today, making the dish richer in content. Cooking does not have to be limited to any form. Prepare the ingredients;

Cut the chicken breast into cubes, add light soy sauce, cooking wine, pepper, a little salt and cornstarch, mix well, and marinate for 30 minutes;

Add a little salt and taste. Potatoes contain starch. Don't thicken the soup when the soup is thick. Otherwise, stir the prepared soup evenly with a small spoon and pour it into the pot, stir-fry quickly, and then pour a few drops of sesame oil out of the pot.
