Overview

Kung Pao Chicken is a classic Sichuan dish. Kung Pao is a sweet and sour sauce that is stir-fried with Sichuan peppercorns and chili oil. Potatoes and carrots were added to this dish today, making the dish richer in content. Cooking does not have to be limited to any form.   1. Prepare the ingredients;
