Overview
Cantonese gold medal shrimp wonton is one of the favorite snacks of Cantonese people. Wonton is a kind of Han snack in Guangdong, originating from [wonton] in the north. Because LEMON doesn't like wontons with too much meat, he made his own Guanmao wontons. The pork filling is filled with fresh shrimps, ginger, cooking wine, salt, black fungus, starch, etc. It is very nutritious and can diversify the content of breakfast. LEMON often changes the content of the meat filling; it is paired with vegetables, meat and seafood as needed, which not only has a unique taste, but also ensures sufficient energy and nutrients for the day.

Fold the wonton skin in half to cover the meat filling. Press gently with your hands to compact.
-
Fold the wonton skin in half again.
-
The two opposite corners of the folded wonton skin overlap. Only a little filling can be put into each wonton skin, and then kneaded into official hat-style wontons. In fact, I have never seen a real ancient official hat, I have only seen pictures, but it doesn’t matter, let’s play with it~~~But I hope it looks similar~~~~The official hat wonton buns don’t have too much filling, and the meaty ones don’t look like official hats~~~~LEMON put the official hat on the fork~~~~
-
Before cooking the wontons; have bowls ready. Put a spoonful into the bowl and it tastes very delicious.
-
Add a spoonful of salt to taste.
-
A spoonful of chicken essence adds freshness.
-
A spoonful of pepper adds flavor.
-
Wash the seaweed, tear it into small pieces, and put the green onions into a bowl.
-
Drizzle with a tablespoon of olive oil.
-
Sprinkle with dried shrimps and set aside. You can prepare broth in advance [chicken soup, pork rib soup, etc.] If there is no broth, just use the cooked hot wonton soup and scoop up the wontons~~~ Pour in sesame oil and add chopped green onion to mix as you like.
-
Fill the pot with water and place it on the induction cooker; bring the water to a boil and add the wontons until the water boils.
-
After the water is boiled, add boiling water and repeat this process 3 times. Pour water 3 times until the wontons float and you can pick them up: Don’t you feel a little like flying in the clouds~~~~ That’s it for cooking wontons! Breakfast is solved!
-
You can also choose to put the peas and wolfberries in the bowl last.
