First add the winter bamboo shoots and stir-fry, stir-fry for a while longer, add the light soy sauce and dark soy sugar, continue to stir-fry until browned, then add the filled bean paste, add chicken stock, boiling water, and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Add salt to the oyster sauce, or you can add no salt according to personal taste. Reduce the juice over high heat, add peppercorns, carrots, garlic and green leaves, stir-fry for a few times, and remove from the pan.
