Prepare the ingredients: as shown in the picture.

Wash the hairtail, cut it with a knife to make it easier to absorb the flavor, add marinade, mix well and marinate for a while.

Dip in a thin layer of crispy fried powder.

Then heat the pan with an appropriate amount of oil. When it is 60% hot, add the hairtail and fry until it turns slightly golden.

After setting, turn over to the other side.

After frying both sides of the hairtail fish until golden brown, add sliced ginger, garlic, green onions and dried chili peppers.

Then mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, add appropriate amount of water and simmer over high heat for about five minutes.
