  1. Prepare fresh ingredients

  2. Soak the clams in clean water with some salt and salad oil, then chop the ginger, garlic, pepper and coriander and set aside

  6. Cover and steam over medium heat for about 15 minutes

  7. Steam the clams until the shell turns red and the mouth opens, then turn off the heat

  8. Wait until the cooked clams cool down slightly, then pour in the previously prepared sauce (do not discard the juice from the steamed clams)

  9. Cover all the mixed ingredients and place in the refrigerator for about 2 hours
