Preserved egg soft tofu
Overview
I bought some preserved eggs some time ago, ate part of them, and there were two left, but I forgot about them for a while. When I was cleaning up at home on the weekend, I suddenly saw them. Fortunately, they were not broken and had no smell, so I quickly put them in a pot to cook. I bought a box of soft tofu when I was grocery shopping in the afternoon. I used the remaining two preserved eggs and tofu together, added coriander and chopped carrots, and made a refreshing and appetizing dish: preserved egg soft tofu~~~
