Wash all the vegetables, cut into pieces and prepare

Prepare Haidilao Spicy Hot Pot Base

Boil the water, add all the vegetables except beef and seafood, and blanch until cooked. (Put the ones that are not easy to ripen first, and the ones that are quick to ripen last.)

Finally add the shrimp and squid (the beef does not need to be cooked)

Drain all cooked vegetables and place on a plate to prepare. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic

Pour in the beef and stir-fry

Haidilao Spicy Hot Pot Base contains two small bags of base and one bag of chili. I used 1 bag of base and half a bag of chili. If you like strong flavors, you can also put them all in. Finally, add all the drained vegetables and stir-fry. Because they have been cooked in advance, you only need to stir-fry them evenly before serving
