Ma crispy tenderloin is a delicacy made with tenderloin as the main ingredient. It is a home-cooked dish and is also an excellent dish to accompany wine.

Cut the tenderloin into thick strips, wash and set aside.

Add cooking wine, salt, sugar, pepper and oyster sauce to the tenderloin, mix well and marinate for ten minutes.

Pour cooking oil into the pot and heat until 60% hot.

Dip the marinated tenderloins one by one in flour, egg liquid, and then evenly dip them in bread crumbs, then fry them in a hot oil pan until they are set, remove and dry.
