Ingredients: pork belly slices, cauliflower, broccoli, green onions, ginger, garlic.

Blanch cauliflower and broccoli in boiling water. Blanching cauliflower takes longer than broccoli. Add some cooking oil to the pot when blanching. Chop green onions, mince ginger, and mince garlic.

Add a little oil to the pot, add pork belly slices, stir-fry, add light soy sauce, cooking wine, and oyster sauce, stir-fry.

Add chopped green onion, minced ginger and minced garlic. I also added two sections of dried chili pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add cauliflower and stir-fry evenly.

Add broccoli, stir-fry, add pepper powder and salt to taste, stir-fry well and turn off the heat.
