Overview

The twenty-seventh day of the twelfth lunar month has arrived in a blink of an eye. Although I don’t have to prepare New Year’s Eve dishes, I still need to prepare cold dishes and cold dishes, and the braised pork platter needs to be prepared in advance.   1. Soak the beef shank in clean water after thawing, changing the water in between and cleaning the beef shank;

  2. All the spices are ready, the scattered spices are put into tea bags, and the nutmeg is cracked with the back of a knife;

  3. Pour cold water into a pot, add beef, and bring to a boil over medium heat;

  4. After boiling the pot, there will be a lot of foam on the surface, use a spoon to skim it out;

  5. After the scum is basically wiped off, add onion and ginger;

  6. Add all the spices;

  7. Add 200 grams of sweet noodle sauce, stir evenly, cover the pot and bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer until the beef can be penetrated with chopsticks; this will take about an hour; finally, add an appropriate amount of salt;

  8. Do not take out the stewed beef, keep it in the pot until it is completely cool, take out the beef and filter the soup;

  9. Continue to put the beef in the soup and refrigerate it overnight;

  10. Just take out the slices the next day
