Stone pot beef rice
Overview
This is real rice baked in a stone pot, not the kind where the cooked rice is put into the stone pot halfway and burned. I think some people will definitely say that adding some Korean chili sauce would be more authentic. I actually bought a box of Korean chili sauce, but I couldn’t find it when I wanted it. It’s ridiculous, right? Cantonese people describe it as a ghost hiding its eyes. Without Korean sauce, it wouldn’t be spicy. Why do you have to follow Korea? Just an ordinary stone pot rice would work, but I found it again when I was cleaning out the refrigerator two weeks later. Life is like this. From now on, you can only start making it after you have prepared all the ingredients.

Cut the beef into thin slices and put it into a bowl. First add 1+1/2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, 1 teaspoon of white wine, and 1 teaspoon of corn starch. Mix well, then add sesame oil, mix well, and set aside.
-
Change all the ingredients and have them ready.
-
Wash the rice and put it in the pot, add water about 1/2 finger level.
-
Wrap the pot noodles with tin foil.
-
Place in the oven at 450°F for 55 to 60 minutes. Bake into crispy rice.
-
Spread marinated beef evenly.
-
Cover with tin foil again and keep at the same temperature for about 6 to 8 minutes.
-
Place the pot on the stove over medium heat, add base oil, stir-fry the shredded carrots until red oil comes out, remove and leave oil at the bottom of the pot.
-
Pour in the spicy cabbage, stir until fragrant, and serve.
-
Add a small amount of oil to the pot, stir-fry the broccoli until it is tender, and then scoop it up.
-
Add a small amount of oil to the pot, add shredded cabbage, stir-fry until soft, and remove from the pot.
-
Open the tin foil and the beef is cooked to perfection.
-
Place the fried vegetables separately on the pot surface.
-
Put the egg yolk in the middle of the pot and sprinkle with chopped green onion. When enjoying the rice, if it is not salty enough, you can add some light soy sauce. If you like spicy food, you can add chili sauce or sprinkle some sesame oil. Don't be too particular about family meals, just follow your own taste.

After washing the pot, apply a layer of lard or vegetable oil to prevent the pot from being too dry and rough. Just wash it with hot water the next time you use it.
