Stone pot beef rice

Stone pot beef rice

Overview

This is real rice baked in a stone pot, not the kind where the cooked rice is put into the stone pot halfway and burned. I think some people will definitely say that adding some Korean chili sauce would be more authentic. I actually bought a box of Korean chili sauce, but I couldn’t find it when I wanted it. It’s ridiculous, right? Cantonese people describe it as a ghost hiding its eyes. Without Korean sauce, it wouldn’t be spicy. Why do you have to follow Korea? Just an ordinary stone pot rice would work, but I found it again when I was cleaning out the refrigerator two weeks later. Life is like this. From now on, you can only start making it after you have prepared all the ingredients.

  14. Put the egg yolk in the middle of the pot and sprinkle with chopped green onion. When enjoying the rice, if it is not salty enough, you can add some light soy sauce. If you like spicy food, you can add chili sauce or sprinkle some sesame oil. Don't be too particular about family meals, just follow your own taste.
