Authentic vegetarian duck
Overview
I often like to look through magazines to find interesting dishes to cook. Suya has seen it many times. I think the Chinese people are incredible. I didn't feel anything during the cooking process. I always thought it was just a vegetarian dish wrapped in tofu skin. But when I took pictures after doing it, I felt it was amazing. Without looking carefully, I really thought it was cut into pieces from a duck. And it tastes really good.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Materials are ready.
-
Shred bamboo shoots, shred carrots, shred red and green peppers, shred mushrooms and set aside.
-
Add oil to the pot, add chopped green onion and minced ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, add shredded green and red pepper and stir-fry briefly.
-
Add salt, monosodium glutamate, soy sauce, cooking wine, five-spice powder and other ingredients and stir well. Add shredded carrots, shredded bamboo shoots, and shredded shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry evenly before placing on a plate.
-
Take a piece of fried bean skin, lay it flat, spread the stir-fried vegetables evenly on the fried bean skin, lay it flat and roll it up.
-
Roll up and secure the two sections with toothpicks. The above ingredients are just enough to make two.
-
Heat the pan, add 2 tablespoons of salad oil, and when the oil is hot enough to just smoke, put the wrapped vegetarian rolls into the pan.
-
Fry both sides until golden brown.
-
(This step was done on a whim. You can omit it if you think it is unnecessary.) Put the Longjing tea in the pot and stir-fry over low heat.
-
Place the fried vegetarian duck rolls on the steamed pan and smoke for about 3 to 5 minutes.
-
Take out the golden and fragrant oil bean skin, place it on the cutting board and cut it into small pieces.
-
Put it in a plate, drizzle some sesame oil and sprinkle with some chopped green onion.
