Wash the prepared fish and make a few cuts on both sides of the fish body.

Put oil in the pan, when the oil is hot, add the fish to the pan and fry until both sides are golden brown.

Heat oil in a pot, add onion, ginger, garlic, aniseed, peppercorns, red pepper, soy sauce, sweet noodle sauce, chili sauce, sugar and vinegar and stir-fry until fragrant.

When fragrant, add fish and stir-fry on both sides. (The pot is not big enough, so I cut the fish into pieces. If the pot is big enough, the baby can put it directly in.)

Add beer, salt, and MSG.

Add the tofu and simmer over low heat for 20 to 30 minutes.

Remove from pan, plate, and sprinkle with coriander.
