[Scallion Cheese Bread] My daughter’s favorite bread. There is a kind of bread in the bakery, which is flavored with green onion cheese. My daughter likes it very much and asks her mother to make it. The one they make is a thin pancake, a bit similar to pizza, but the texture is like bread. Mima tried making it twice. The first time it was like a pancake, but the second time it turned into bread. Let’s just say the bread is just bread, it’s delicious. I made six of them in one oven, and took two away to my friend after they were baked. The kid here ate two more, and by the time I took the photo, there were only two, haha. Very popular!
