Korean fried tofu
Overview
This dish is my specialty. I have made it many times and it is very popular. Today, this dish of tofu is the first to be served. It tastes salty and garlicky, slightly spicy, and very delicious.

Rinse the tofu with water and cut into 1cm pieces.

Put oil in a non-stick pan. When the oil is 60% hot, add the tofu.

After frying one side, flip it over and fry both sides until golden brown.

After frying, put it on a plate and set aside.

Chop the onion, ginger, and garlic into a bowl, add all the seasonings, add water and mix thoroughly.

Put oil in the pot, when it is 60% hot, add onion and ginger and sauté until fragrant.

Pour in the seasoning soup that you mixed before.
