BBQ Sauce Pancakes
Overview
Maotai-flavored pancakes are those that add a flavor of soybean flavor in addition to green onions, giving people a feeling that you won’t know if you don’t eat them, and you won’t forget them after eating them. I often make this kind of pancakes at home. This time I used barbecue-flavored shiitake mushroom sauce to make this pancake. The taste becomes more delicious, and the meat-like mushrooms are the finishing touch

Add 3 grams of salt to the flour and mix well. Add warm water to the yeast and mix well

Pour in the yeast water and mix while kneading it into a smooth dough, then wrap it in plastic wrap and ferment

Ferment until doubled in size

Prepare sesame seeds, chopped green onions, and mushroom sauce

Deflate the dough and divide it into 3 portions, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes

Take a piece of dough and knead it evenly again, then roll it into a thin dough, add the mushroom sauce and spread it evenly

Then add chopped green onion

Roll up from top to bottom

Pinch the knot tightly and roll it up from one end

Flatten and roll into a round cake. Add sesame seeds and press lightly

Pour oil into the hot pan and wait until the oil temperature is 7 minutes hot

Add the pancake and fry until one side is slightly brown, then flip over

Turn to low heat and fry until the cake is cooked

Then turn up the heat and fry until golden brown on both sides
