Beef and onion pancake
Overview
People in the South will think about it even if they don’t eat cakes for a few days. Today, beef, onions and bell peppers are used as fillings. After lightly frying, it tastes great when used to make pies. If you like it, you can give it a try. It's very good for breakfast.

Prepare all ingredients.

Add water, yeast and a little sugar to the flour, and use chopsticks to cut the dough into a cotton-like shape.

Knead again until there is no dry powder, cover it with a plastic bag and let it rest for a while.

After waking up slightly, knead until the dough is smooth. There seems to be a little less water in my method, but it doesn't matter when making Chinese-style dough pancakes.

Add the chilled green onion to the bell pepper and stir until finely chopped.

Add Chinese oil to the pot, add the minced beef and stir-fry.

Then add the stirred onions and peppers to it.

Adjust your favorite sauce, I used mushroom sauce and soy sauce.

Add the sauce to the pot and stir-fry until the ingredients are fragrant.

Divide the risen dough and set aside.

After rolling out the dough, wrap the beef filling inside.

Preheat the electric baking pan.

Brush a thin layer of oil and place the dough cake inside.
