Prepare ingredients.

Wash the white jelly with running water and cut into small pieces for later use.

Cut the green and red peppers into small rings, mince the garlic and ginger, and chop the garlic sprouts into chopped green onions.

Take a small bowl, add sugar, chicken essence, pepper powder, soybean paste, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and cold boiled water, mix well and set aside.
