Fried eggs with onions
Overview
Onions can be divided into three types: white skin, yellow skin and purple skin. From the perspective of nutritional value, purple onions are more nutritious. This is because purple-skinned onions have a spicier flavor than the other two varieties, which means they contain more allicin. Additionally, the purple-skinned part of purple-skinned onions contains more quercetin. This scrambled egg with onions is also a common dish on my family’s dining table. It is not only rich in nutrients, but also tastes very good, especially with rice.
