Cut the cucumber in half and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Don’t waste it. You can eat it directly or make a facial mask. Haha

Cut into thin slices

Cut the ginger into shreds, cut the pepper into sections, and smash the garlic

Add young ginger, shredded garlic, red pepper, white sesame seeds, a little salt, pour the boiling vegetable oil on top, mix well and set aside.
