  1. Wash and cut the tofu skin into cubes and steam for 10 minutes.

  2. Cut the tenderloin into shreds.

  6. Put the sweet noodle sauce into a bowl, add sugar and sesame oil and mix well,

  7. Heat oil in the pot, add shredded pork and stir-fry until white. Set aside.

  8. Leave a little base oil in the pot, add minced ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, add noodle sauce and stir-fry over low heat.
