Cantonese Style Barbecued Pork Sauce Noodles
Overview
My family loves to eat noodles, and they also love to eat barbecued pork. In their spare time, they often buy some fresh pork and bake a plate of Cantonese-style barbecued pork. It can be used with wine, as a dish or as a topping for noodles. It is very delicious. What’s more important is that the barbecued pork made by yourself is genuine, clean and hygienic, so you can eat with confidence~~~

Wash the food

Cut and set aside

Pour oil into the wok. When the oil is hot, scoop up some of the oil and set aside. Leave a little base oil to sauté the onions, garlic and pepper until fragrant
