Home version of boiled pork slices
Overview
I am a very atypical Guangzhou person and I love spicy food. I have been clamoring to eat boiled fish for several days, but due to various reasons, I missed it several times. I feel resentful. Since I can’t eat boiled fish, what if I make boiled meat slices at home? !

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the bean sprouts.
-
Wash the oyster mushrooms.
-
Slice the meat, add salt, pepper, and enough starch, add an egg, stir evenly, and marinate for 20-30 minutes.
-
Prepare bean paste, chili sauce, star anise (aniseed), Sichuan peppercorns, chopped dried chilies, cumin powder, minced garlic, MSG, and tangerine peel (cinnamon).
-
Boil hot water in a pot, add a few drops of oil, add vegetables, and cook until cooked.
-
Get a big bowl and put the vegetables one by one.
-
Pour away the water. Heat cold oil in a pan, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, add enough bean paste and chili sauce, stir-fry and add chopped dried chili peppers, peppercorns, cinnamon, star anise, pepper, as well as an appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce. Then add 300 grams of water and bring to a boil. (The frying process was so intense that I forgot to take pictures. Please forgive me!)
-
After the miso soup is boiled, add the marinated meat slices and peel them apart.
-
When the meat changes color and the pot bubbles for one minute (the meat is cooked), the meat is ready to be cooked.
-
Place the meat slices on top of the vegetables and slowly pour the spicy miso soup into a large bowl.
-
Sprinkle some cumin powder and chopped dried chili peppers on the surface, and you're done! Delicious! So happy!
