Cut the tofu into large pieces and fry on both sides of the pan without adding oil

It's ok if both sides are slightly browned

Fill a pressure cooker or other deep pot with water, put the tofu and all the seasonings in, without adding pressure

Cook over medium-low heat for about 20 minutes and turn off the heat

Then you can marinate it. I also put eggs in this pot

There are also chicken feet, cover and leave for 6 or 7 hours

I usually make it in the evening, leave it overnight, and eat it right in the morning.
