Prepare raw materials

Wash and drain the northern tofu and cut into 5 cm square thick slices.

Cut the chives and set aside.

Heat a pan, add some oil, and fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides.

Wash the mushrooms, squeeze out the water and cut them into slices. Wash and drain the fungus and tear them into small florets.

Leave the oil in the pot, add the mushrooms and stir-fry for a while until soft.

Then add fungus and corn kernels and stir-fry until cooked.

Add the tofu to the pot and stir-fry evenly.

Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and white sugar, stir-fry, and finally sprinkle with scallions.
