Fish fillet with chopped pepper
Overview
We all know the famous fish head with chopped pepper, we love to eat it. The head of the fathead fish is the first choice because the meat is rich and tender. But here comes the problem, sometimes we can’t buy fathead fish, what should we do? I steamed grass carp heads. Grass carp heads are small and have less meat. The workaround is to cut the heads into long pieces. However, I still feel that there is too little meat and I am not satisfied. Okay, let’s not steam the fish heads today, let’s just steam the fish fillets. Same operation method, same taste, just eat meat. I made a slight mistake. I should have mixed the fish fillets with the fried ingredients and steamed them. In this way, the meat pieces would not stick together and it would be more convenient to eat. Adding ham slices would make it even more delicious. I will improve it later. Ingredients: A piece of grass carp meat Ingredients: Onion, ginger, garlic Seasoning: Chopped pepper, pickled ginger, salt, sugar, chicken oil, cooking oil, pepper
