Overview

Spinach grown by oneself is absolutely pollution-free green food. It is 100% safe to use it to make vegetable salad. The fresh shrimps I bought today happened to be a little small, so I peeled them off and put them together to make a salad of fresh shrimps and spinach. One of the reasons why this dish of mine is a private kitchen is that I use vegetables grown by myself. It is very private, haha. Also, the combination of private ingredients is based on my family’s preferences. My relatives and friends all like this combination, and everyone who has eaten it says it is delicious. It is also a quick dish, and the price is not reduced even if it is used as a banquet dish.

  1. Prepare the ingredients and clean all the vegetables. I have already peeled and blanched the shrimps and can use them directly

  2. Blanch spinach in boiling water, firstly to blanch it, and secondly to remove oxalic acid. Quickly spread the blanched spinach and let it cool

  3. First cut the coriander into sections, chop the onion into cubes, cut the bell pepper into strips, and add a little salt

  4. Stir evenly and marinate for about 5 minutes. If there is any water after marinating, strain it out

  5. Squeeze out the excess water from the blanched spinach and put it into a basin, along with the shrimp

  6. Finally, add several marinated vegetables.

  7. Add salad dressing, I put two spoons, you can increase or decrease according to your own taste
