Appropriate amount of onion, ginger and garlic (if you like spicy food, you can add chili pepper, no one in my family eats spicy food)

Put the meat and soy sauce into the pot and set aside for later use

Onion, ginger, garlic, pepper and star anise in hot pot

Pour the vegetables into the pot and stir-fry until the aroma comes out

Add pepper powder, five-spice powder, soy sauce, tomato basket and meat slices in sequence, and continue to stir-fry for another minute

Add boiling water, add the ink to the dish, cover the pot, simmer over low heat for ten minutes and it’s ready
