  1. Prepare the ingredients, wash and set aside.

  2. Put the pork belly into a pot of cold water and bring to a boil.

  3. Cut carrots and pork belly into pieces

  4. Put oil in a pot, add rock sugar and stir-fry to dissolve.

  5. Pour in the pork belly and stir-fry until fragrant.

  6. Add beer, oyster sauce and dark soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

  7. Add enough boiling water once to bring it to a boil, then turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

  8. Add carrots, quail eggs, salt and continue to cook until the water is almost dry and the flavor is added, add some pepper.
