Roasted Pork Belly with Quail Eggs
Overview
This braised pork belly with quail eggs is often made at home. The pork belly is sweet and soft, fat but not greasy. Add some carrots to it. The combination of meat and vegetables is nutritious and delicious.

Prepare the ingredients, wash and set aside.

Put the pork belly into a pot of cold water and bring to a boil.

Cut carrots and pork belly into pieces

Put oil in a pot, add rock sugar and stir-fry to dissolve.

Pour in the pork belly and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add beer, oyster sauce and dark soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Add enough boiling water once to bring it to a boil, then turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Add carrots, quail eggs, salt and continue to cook until the water is almost dry and the flavor is added, add some pepper.

Take it out of the pot and put it on a plate. (Don’t make the soup too dry, it will be delicious if you keep the mixed rice.)
