Overview

Salt and pepper mushrooms are oyster mushrooms with salt and pepper. They are rich in nutrients and delicious. Ordinary mushrooms can also be used. Salt and pepper mushrooms seem to be difficult to give an accurate position. Rather than saying that they look like vegetables, they are more like snacks to kill time.

  1. Prepare materials.

  5. Take a bowl and add flour, cornstarch (1:1), an egg, and water and stir. Stir into a paste and add a little salt and a little five-spice powder.

  6. Then add the oyster mushroom strips and stir with chopsticks until each one is evenly coated in the crispy batter.

  7. Pour vegetable oil into the pot and when it is 80% hot, add the oyster mushroom strips one by one and fry over medium-low heat until they float on the oil surface and turn light yellow.
