  2. Soak the vermicelli in warm water until soft

  3. Chop green onions, slice ginger, cut dried chilies into small pieces, open the soup pot and set aside

  4. Wash and cut the cabbage into large pieces, and separate the cabbage stems and leaves.

  5. Add oil to the pot, add onions, ginger, garlic, and dried red pepper and stir-fry until fragrant. After stir-frying the onions and ginger, add the pork residue into the pot and stir-fry.
