Vegetarian chicken, mushrooms and eggs stewed
Overview
One day I had a bowl of vegetarian braised noodles at a famous temple in Dalanqiong. The toppings were braised chicken, carrots, and mushrooms. I thought it tasted particularly good. I made it today. I modified it by adding eggs and kelp. The taste was really fresh! Great with noodles and rice!

Ingredients: Slices of vegetarian chicken are fried in a frying pan to create a burnt shell.

After both sides are browned (so they won't break when stewing), take them out.
