Stuffed Mushrooms
Overview
Stuffed shiitake mushrooms is a very fragrant dish. The shiitake mushrooms are filled with gravy, making them even more delicious. One bite and the juice fills your mouth. It’s unstoppable!

Add the meat filling and the seasonings listed in the seasoning table and mix well

Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems, mince the mushroom stems and mix them into the meat filling. Add the onion and ginger and mix well again

Spread a layer of starch on the inside of the mushroom cap, fill it with meat filling, and compact it

Put oil in the pan and fry the mushroom stuffing first

Then turn them over one by one and fry

Cook a small bowl of stock, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, a small spoonful of spicy oil (you can omit it if you don’t have it, this is my own taste, I like a little spicy), sugar, bring to a boil over high heat, simmer over low heat until the soup is rich, sprinkle with five-spice powder and serve

Serve on a plate, sprinkle with green peppercorns for decoration, and pour the soup over it
