Claypot sausage and glutinous rice
Overview
Eating glutinous rice is very timely, and with the aroma of sausages from home, a sense of warmth comes to my heart. Even if it is not an authentic clay pot, it is enough to comfort the homesick and foodie heart.

Separate the white and green scallions into dices, measure the rice in a clay pot, add about 1/2 knuckle of water, cover the lid and cook;

Boil until the water is almost dry but there is still water, add the sausage, cover, turn to low heat and bake for about 10 minutes;

Bake the sausage until it is cooked through, pick up the sausage and slice it;

Heat up another pot, add base oil, add minced garlic and green onion, saute until fragrant;

Pour in the snow peas, stir-fry briefly, add 1/3 tsp of refined salt, stir-fry a few more times, and turn off the heat;

Put a small pot, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1/3 tablespoon of brown sugar powder, 1/4 teaspoon of corn starch, 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil, and 3 tablespoons of water. Cook, stirring, until big bubbles form;

Pour evenly over the glutinous rice noodles, top with sausage slices, snow peas, and sprinkle with chopped green onion to complete. Enjoy.
