Laoguang Old Street, the familiar taste, a bowl of shrimp wontons will satisfy you. The shrimp wontons are paper-thin and the shrimp fillings are sweet and delicious. They taste smooth, fresh and tempting.

Wonton stuffing ingredients, shrimp, lean pork, carrots, ginger, chives, etc. are ready;

Devein the shrimps, wash and chop; wash and chop the lean meat; peel, wash and chop the carrots; wash and chop the chives and ginger separately;

Wonton skin: Add appropriate amount of water to flour and mix into flakes; PS: The ratio of flour to water is 1:0.55. Both flour and temperature will affect the ratio of water. In winter, the amount of water should be slightly increased.

Knead the dough again and divide the dough into three equal parts; PS: It is easier to roll out the wonton skin into small balls;
