In the previous stage, I bought two bags of Cantonese sausages from Taobao. Just thinking about making a Cantonese sausage claypot rice. Today, I had some free time and made this sausage clay pot rice.

  1. Take a casserole and pour cooking oil on it.

  2. Wash the rice and put it into a casserole, add an appropriate amount of water and soak it for 1 hour (the purpose of soaking is to soften the core of the rice grains so as not to cause uncooked rice).

  3. After the rice grains are soaked, pour half a spoonful of cooking oil into it and stir evenly. Cook rice on the electric stove.

  4. Prepare 4 small rapeseeds and clean them.

  5. Cook the small rapeseed in a pot of boiling water (put a few drops of cooking oil and a little salt in the pot), take it out after cooking.

  6. When the rice is cooked, add sliced Chinese sausage, sprinkle with shredded ginger, and beat in an egg.

  7. Seasoning bowl: Pour two spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of oil, 1 spoon of sesame oil, half a spoon of sugar, half a spoon of salt into the bowl, and add an appropriate amount of water.
