Cabbage, Sausage and Egg Noodles
Overview
I had something to do tonight so I cooked noodles again because it is convenient and fast 😊 My recent dinner is either noodles or fried rice, but it contains sausage. This is because I bought a lot, so it is indispensable every time, but this is my personal preference, not everyone likes this taste

Prepare the ingredients, tear and wash the cabbage, wash and chop the green onions, blanch the sausage in boiling water and slice it

Heat oil in a pan, crack the eggs and fry until cooked

Add the remaining oil in the pan and fry the cabbage for 2 minutes

Add chopped green onion and Chinese sausage, stir-fry for 1 minute and set aside

Heat the pot, put oil in it, boil the water and put the noodles under it

After the water boils, add cabbage, chopped green onions and Chinese sausage and cook for a while. Season with oyster sauce, pepper, mature vinegar and light soy sauce. Finally, add salt and turn off the heat
