Simple version of sweet and sour short ribs

When making the soup, I cooked some more short ribs and reserved them for the sweet and sour flavor.

Ingredients: sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, oil, onion and garlic to make the sauce, then add water and mix well.

Add less oil and stir-fry the pork ribs.

Turn the heat from medium to low and stir-fry until the ribs change color a little.

Add the soup, then add some water, and reduce the soup over high heat.

When the soup is dry, take it out of the pot and garnish it.
