Cut the prepared soft tofu into small pieces and soak it in light salt water.

Homemade chopped peppers. (Bottled ones are sold in supermarkets)

Sauce made with white sugar, white vinegar and light soy sauce.

The minced meat is marinated with a little salt and cooking wine.

Heat oil in a pan, add bean paste and sauté until fragrant.

Add chopped chilies and sauté for a few seconds.

Add minced meat and stir-fry.

Add tofu.

Pour in the prepared sauce, stir the bottom of the pot gently with a spatula so that the tofu is evenly coated with the sauce, cover and simmer over low heat for five minutes.

Before serving, add minced green peppers, stir well, turn off the heat and serve on a plate.
