Vegetarian stuffed buns with egg and cabbage

Overview

A friend brought some home-grown cabbage, a pure green vegetable. This time I didn’t make mixed vegetables, but steamed steamed buns. The dough for the steamed buns is made from a mixture of cornmeal and white flour. Healthy eating is my goal. The steamed buns are slightly yellow and pleasant, and the filling is very delicious when you take a bite.

Steps

  1. Flour is ready. Putting less cornmeal will not affect the taste of the flour, and you will eat healthier at the same time.
