[Dry-roasted fish fillets] Eating fish simply. I saw this fish in the fresh food section of the supermarket and bought one without hesitation. We call it Qiaobai, also known as Qiaozui white fish. We bought one in the mountains the year before last. The meat is tender and delicious. You will never forget it after eating it once. This kind of fish is not common and can only be encountered once in a while. Must eat. Burn it directly, using the simplest method, add onions, ginger, garlic and a little bit of watercress. The two children eat it by themselves and spit out the thorns, and they will be gone soon!

One piece of white peel, about 700 grams.
