Slice the mutton (my mutton is frozen, take it out and cut into thin slices while it’s frozen) and set aside

Wash japonica rice twice

Put the mutton slices and salt into the pot

Add an appropriate amount of water (there are three people in my family, and I add just enough water for each of them to have one bowl)

Put it in the rice cooker and set it to soup and porridge, then forget about it

After cooking, take out the pot

Chop the green onion and pepper into pieces and stir well

One bowl per person, the meat is tender and delicious, if you like pepper, you can add more
