Cured Meat Claypot Rice

Prepare materials

Wash the rice and soak it for 30 minutes.

While the rice is soaking, steam the bacon and sausage. Steam and then slice. Blanch the vegetables and set aside.

Prepare claypot rice sauce, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 1 spoon of sugar, 3 spoons of boiling water, and appropriate amount of sesame oil. Mix well and set aside.

Brush the bottom of the casserole with cooking oil.

Drain the soaked rice and pour it into the pot.

Cover the pot, bring the water to a simmer and then reduce the heat to low.

Arrange the bacon, sausage, carrots, corn, shredded ginger, and beat an egg. Pour a little oil along the inner wall of the pot (this is the function of the pot) and continue to cook on low heat for 3 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 15 minutes. (Do not open the lid halfway)
