Prepare pork belly and eggs

Prepare rice wine, soy sauce, rock sugar, onion and ginger

Cut the pork belly into large pieces

Put it in a pot and blanch it

Clean the pork belly and put it into a casserole, add water, onion, ginger, pepper and aniseed

Add soy sauce, rock sugar and half a bottle of rice wine
